Corpex Legal was established in February 2016 by Darren Wates providing businesses with legal support on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rule compliance, equity capital raisings and asset and share sales. Darren is a trusted adviser to Boards and Company Secretaries bringing together his experience from corporate private practice, in-house general counsel roles, and listed company directorships and company secretarial roles, to deliver practical and meaningful advice and assistance to his clients.
